Welcome to Amara. It is a privilege to be entrusted with your health. We take this responsibility very seriously and will always perform at the highest level to provide care that is thorough, precise, and without compromise.
We provide focused consultations to address immediate concerns, and a comprehensive onboarding to establish your medical history, identify risk, and organise the logistics required for seamless ongoing care. Together, these allow us to map out heath screening timelines.

Doctor Consultation
All of our doctors are UK trained Consultant Physicians, most having completed rigorous training in London. We appoint only one doctor out of every hundred applicants, based on a broad criteria through multiple stages to ensure the best care can be provided.
Focused consultation:

Purpose:
focused consultation regarding a particular symptom; follow-up consultations/
communication to monitor progress; and to discuss results.
Duration:
up to around 20 minutes. Extended consultations are charged in additional half hour
increments.
Location:
Your physician will come to you. At home, in clinic, or across the world if needed. In every
seing, our goal is the same: to ensure that your health is never left to chance.
Usually oered once a patient has been onboarded unless urgent care is required.
Comprehensive consultations per hour:

Purpose:
Amara Onboarding allows us to fully understand an individual’s medical history, identify risk, and create health screening road maps. We also take into account geographical preferences as we are able to arrange uncompromising care in most major cities. Extended Consultations allow us to address complex situations in full and tailor treatment pathways for the best outcomes. Amara check-up are planned healthchecks every 3 to 6 months.
Purpose:
Typically 90 minutes for on-boarding and 60 minutes for health checks every 3 or 6 months. When more time is required, we remain available for as long as is needed, with additional time accounted for in half-hour intervals.
Purpose:
Patient’s residence, remote and in-person consultations.

Out-of-hours charges are at 1.5 times the standard rate, and over bank holidays twice the normal rate.
Residents of U.A.E. will be invoiced in AED, our global patients in USD unless requested otherwise.
Nurse
Amara Nurses have experience in managing the most challenging medical situations, be it in ICU or Emergency Departments. Nurse visits are arranged once your physician has been introduced to you.

Amara Concierge
Our concierge team has quietly solved some of the most complex medical and logistical challenges across the globe over the past 8 years. Whether it is arranging a world-leading specialist on short notice, coordinating care across time zones, or ensuring medication quality in remote destinations, this is the team that ensures nothing interrupts your wellbeing.
Referrals:
Your physician’s preparation and review time to involve the appropriate specialist.
Concierge time to schedule and share all necessary reports in advance.
For especially complex arrangements, our medical operations team may dedicate additional time to ensure everything is handled seamlessly.

Financial Interests
We have no financial interest in any external clinic or diagnostic facility.
Private Medical Insurance
At Amara, we remain independent of insurers, ensuring your care is never influenced by third parties. Patients sele directly with us and may reclaim reimbursement from their insurers if they wish. We provide all required documentation to make this straightforward, and can assist with claims paperwork for a small administrative fee.
Additional Costings
When payments are made on your behalf, a 5% processing fee is applied to cover transaction costs.
Chaperones
If you would like a chaperone, please ensure you make us aware at any time.
Key Terms and Restrictions
- “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
- Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
